Video: Neutral Milk Hotel's Jeff Mangum is Back!
Around 2002, Jeff Mangum, singer, songwriter and genius behind one of the greatest records of the 90's, Neutral Milk Hotel's In the Aeroplane Over the Sea, disappeared into obscurity. Why? No one knows for sure.
One thing that we do know is that he has FINALLY returned and has been playing shows with his old Elephant 6 crew on their "Holiday Surprise Tour." Check out this high quality video of the Jeff and Scott Spillane (NMH horn player) performing "The Fool" and "Engine" in the Kentucky night. Yea, it's fucking amazing:
