Shake That Vertebrae to The 90's Styled Pop of The Sad Cobras' "Body Cast"

Allison from Hot Lava recommended Virginia's The Sad Cobras to me and I am really digging "Body Cast" from their full-length, No More Graves. I love the minimalistic, Unicorns-esque synths and how the song has multiple parts with lead singer Deedraye varying up her vocal treatments, from nervy and awkward to light and pretty. It's a sweet suite of quirked-out 90's pop. Plus, "shake that Vertebrae" is the new "shake it like a Polaroid picture."

No More Graves is available now via the band's MySpace page. I think I'm gonna pick me up a copy.
