On Repeat All Day: Dr. Dog - "The Old Days"
The chorus of "The Old Days" from Philly's Dr. Dog may be one of the year's best, and the rest of the song aint too shabby either!
A tale of consequence and nostalgia, it whimsically mixes Bluegrass jams, Byrds style vocals and drummer-boyish rhythms that will have your head nodding all day. Just settle down on the porch and grab a whiskey sour and you'll be set.
Dr. Dog's new album Fate is due out July 22rd on Park the Van and they will be touring the US this summer in support of the album. Check em out!
