Long Live Sharevari! Detroit Italo Disco At Its Finest
Who needs electroclash when there is "Sharevari?" This 1981 single by Detroit's own Number of Names is for fans of Kraftwerk and Italo Disco. This is the kind of song most of today's technicolor club-rat DJ's wish they wrote.
Check out this 1982 video of the kids dancing to "Sharevari." Believe it or not, NO ONE is wearing American Apparel.
