King Khan Walks With the Zombies In an Attempt to Deter Loneliness
On one of my favorite tracks from King Khan and BBQ Show's 2006 album What's For Dinner?, KK cries out: "I don't wanna be alone tonight, I wanna walk with the zombies, baby." The garage-rockin' thumper "Zombies" is an awesome song, and sure, loneliness can be a bitch, but I am not sure that I would resort to joining the un-dead just to cure those ills. However, I do love zombie movies, and if I had to choose which one I would be I'd go with the tarman from Return of The Living Dead. I mean, you can't beat that wardrobe, that smile of his, and that charming charismatic request of "Braaainnnss?"
The King Khan and BBQ Show's What's For Dinner? is available now on Amazon. Just make sure it doesn't try and eat your brain while you listen.
