Highly Recommended: Moskow, The One 7" Wonder
If you think bands have short careers these days, consider the English Post-Punk band Moskow. They released one great 7" in 1978 and then disappeared. The a-side, an extremely new-wave sounding track called "Man From Uncle," is the better of the two as it utilizes a deadly hook and swirly whirly spaced-out moogs. Imagine early Pink Floyd, if they had been a New-Wave/Power-Pop band.
