Flamin Groovies "Slow Death" Live in '72!

Sunglasses, leather jackets, and long hair is what it's all about. San Fransisco's Flamin Groovies had a heavy 50's blues & rockabilly influenced sound in the 60's. Toward the 70's their garage-blues sound evolved into what would eventually become the birth of power-pop! In my opinion, this style is due for a revival. They know how to sell the rock-star vibe that's for sure.

"Slow Death" is a raucous tune with a Rolling Stones blues swagger about the health condition of the average rock n roller. Enjoy this live performance from '72!
