Blossoming Bloom Tunes- A Philly Flower Show Playlist
Every year Philadelphia hosts the world's largest indoor flower exhibit. For one week in March, thousands of visitors flock to the Pennsylvania Convention Center to "oooh" and "aaaaah" at the natural splendor of meticulously designed floral exhibits. A block away, at the Reading Terminal Farmers Market, hundreds of these day-tripping sight seers peruse local wares and clog pedestrian arteries, congesting every aisle they occupy. I was "lucky" enough to be at the Market during yesterday's lunch rush, and even "luckier" to spot a pack of Red Hat Society ladies, clutching their wrapped bunches of pussywillow, and lunching on fried oysters and ice cream.
When I surfaced from my adventure at the Market, I was truly inspired to create a playlist specifically with the Flower Show and the Red Hat Society ladies in mind.
I give you my Philly Flower Show playlist. Available ONLY through the run of the flower show. Enjoy!
