A Proper Mitzvah with Bob Dylan and Harry Dean Stanton
Bob Dylan has said time and time again that he subscribes to no organized religion. He isn't interested in rabbis, or preachers, or evangelists. For him, the spirituality of the music is all that matters, he believes in the songs.
Perhaps that musical sanctity explains this bizarre telethon performance of "Hava Negilah." Complete with a somewhat on-key harmonica and Harry Dean Stanton. L'chaim!
